A new online lead generation course has been launched, promising to allow real estate agencies to make big cost cuts to their marketing spend.

Real estate digital lead generation agency iLEADS has launched Agent Accelerate for agents to be savvier with the way they manage their sales funnel without breaking the bank.

iLEADS founder Emma Barr said the course will help agencies to keep up with the way the rest of the world is starting to prospect.

“The course is designed for agents to implement a seller and buyer lead generation funnel into the business in seven days or less,” she said.

“When opportunities aren’t walking through the door, agents fall back to age-old tactics like cold calling and letterbox dropping. There were times when we would spend eight hours a day calling every old list or database we could get our hands on. It was degrading and further tarnishing the poor reputation that real estate agents already had. I saw a gap in the market — we still needed to make the calls, but shouldn’t they be to people who are ready to buy or sell?”

Ms Barr said that by generating the right leads, agents can have the right conversations with the right people.

“For a small cost, agency owners and principals are able to invest in real-world and practical training for their staff. This will boost productivity and essentially give agents the skills and know-how to seamlessly work in such a high-pressure environment.

“The course is framed as a step-by-step guide, to ensure anybody in any business can optimise and improve their sales funnel, and is available for sign up online.”

Ms Barr launched iLEADS last year to give agents control of their lead-generating campaigns with a new marketing strategy that gets rid of old-school tactics.

Ms Barr said at the time that what separates iLEADS from the big corporations like realestate.com.au or LocalAgentFinder is the exclusivity of the leads.

“We are actually advertising through our agent’s business Facebook pages, so the leads that are coming through are exclusive to that agent,” she said.
