Real estate agents have an option to keep control of their upfront VPA payments and also get their pay-later payment faster.

It is part of CampaignAgent’s new product, VPAFlex, which gives new options to its advertising funding platform.

Agents who utilise this tool will be able to control upfront VPA payments from vendors, with the added benefit of being able to get their pay-later payments 20 days sooner.

The new product was driven by customer feedback, which gave them more flexibility and control.

“VPAFlex allows agents who are skilled at getting advertising funds upfront to maintain control of these cash flows,” CampaignAgent CEO Shaun Moriarty said.

Pilot users of the product have benefited from the pay-later changes, with payments now forwarded on the fifth day of the following month, instead of the 25th.

“Vendors continue to benefit from low fixed fees without having to undergo any credit checks,” CampaignAgent co-founder Seth Watts said.

“Fair and transparent lending practices are part of CampaignAgent’s DNA, so you can be confident you are not placing your vendors into debt traps. For the agency, the money is in the bank faster. It’s a win-win for all involved.”
