A team of three female agents aspire to double their numbers, grow their team and achieve a work/life balance.

Tracy Stein, Bev Barendse and Paula Taylor know how important it is to have a strong, integrated working relationship that drives their success, which is why the trio has banded together to grow their success.

“It is the respect we show one another and the way our different strengths complement one another that is unique and powerful about our team,” Ms Taylor said.

“For example, Tracy’s track record and ability to run an auction campaign is amazing and strengthens my campaigns.”

The trio has turned to The Agency’s Central Coast team, and they have growth and expansion high on their list.

“For me, it was The Agency’s tagline that really grabbed me: ‘Brands don’t sell houses, people do’. It is just so true it is all about the people,” Ms Barendse said.

“Our team is so supportive, we want to collaborate, double all our numbers and achieve work/life balance together. This transparency and overall dynamic is just so refreshing.”

Between them, the agents have noticed an increase of interest from Sydney buyers who have turned up the heat in the Central Coast property market.

“There is significant interest from Sydney as well as from surrounding suburbs, with a high level of local migration. We are very excited about the potential growth ahead with The Agency,” Ms Barendse said. “We now have access not only to The Agency’s Sydney database but their national database.

“We are one national team as the brand model is not broken up into franchise silos. This is one of The Agency’s unique attributes, which I tell my clients about in listings!”
