Brother and sister team, Ken Wearing and Danielle Brown have more than tripled their GCI since joining the Coronis team in 2019 all while maintaining a five-day work week and enjoying a balanced lifestyle with plenty of time with their children.
Ms Brown, who has been selling real estate with her brother for four years now said they never could have imagined selling the volumes they are currently or the financial freedom they now have without moving to Coronis.
“Ken and I have always been self-motivated, but moving to Coronis taught us how effectively structure our business and gave us access to so much support that we just didn’t have before which enabled us triple our volumes,” Ms Brown said.
“From the first conversations we had at Coronis, it was obvious they were an inclusive company who listened to our goals and what we wanted to achieve and they put the support behind us to do just that.
“For Ken and I, we were adamant we didn’t want to sacrifice our lifestyle or time with our children for the sake of our career, but we also have big financial goals we want to achieve to enable us to retire early. Karuna and our Hub Director understand that and have really helped us refine our processes and business structure in order to work smarter, not harder.
“We both work under five days a week, we’ve added a third person to our team to focus on the smaller details of our business and our goal is to double our GCI again which is really exciting for us.
“The only way we’ve been able to do this is because of the Coronis support network, which is the reason we chose to join this company in the first place.
“If we need help with anything, we can call our Hub Director or COO and they’ll take care of it with no expectations in return, if we want to increase our suburb or agent marketing, the internal marketing team just does it, the admin team takes care of our paperwork and then we have our conveyancing and finance teams who are one room over that we can just go talk to if one of our clients need help.
“But what’s been even more beneficial is all the training we get on a regular basis, for instance the Coronis conference, RESE was in June and unlike other conferences where you leave overwhelmed, we left with easy to implement gems that we’ve since implemented into our EBU.

Chief Operating Officer Karuna Dimelow said her goal was to enable every agent on the Coronis team to write in excess of $1million GCI each year, if that’s what they wanted.
“For the past year, we’ve worked with every individual agent on their business strategy, structure, core suburb and marketing plan to enable them to sell the numbers and live the life they want to,” Ms Dimelow said.
“More often than not, our agents need help removing roadblocks to create better efficiencies so what they need from us is clear direction, mentoring and guidance on where to make changes.
Sometimes that’s help focusing on a core market, other times it’s their systems or effectively structuring their business in order to get the maximum benefit out of every role, which is what our Hub Directors and I do on a weekly basis.
