Acknowledging a rise in the popularity of podcasts, one franchise group has introduced a brand-new format for learning resources across its networks.

Combined Franchise Services, the brand behind Century 21 and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, has revealed the launch of a brand-new real estate podcast known as REcharge.

Available exclusively to network members, the group said the 43 episodes now on offer add to the training materials already available to network members.

Two new episodes are set to be released each week.

Weighing in on the launch of REcharge, the head of training for Combined Franchise Services, Andy Reid, said: “We have a firm commitment to enhancing the learning and development tools available to both the C21 and BHGRE networks that we operate.

“We are exceptionally excited to have launched this exclusive podcast. Whether members of our networks are driving, exercising, or multi-tasking, they can access the educational resource on the go.”

Combined Franchise Services has acknowledged a core benefit of this style of learning resource is its accessibility for agents, who have the ability to stream the content at a time most suitable to them.

At the time of writing, REcharge had already racked up almost 1,000 downloads.

The podcast is just one of a number of new training resources introduced as of late, with leadership coaching, property management, sales, and mental health programs facilitated by the likes of Lauren Kirk, Kylie Walsh, and Matt Shalhoub.
