A brand-new office design is now supporting Ray White Werribee’s aspirations for growth.

Domenic Belfiore, the former CEO of Ray White Victoria and Tasmania, who is now at the helm of Ray White Werribee, has acknowledged that the workplace environment is now in competition with working from home (WFH).

As a result, his recent office overhaul required the new workspace to be “a thriving space”.

With that in mind, and for Mr Belfiore’s growing team to continue on such a trajectory, the managing director has secured three side-by-side tenancies for their new flagship office.

The aim?

“To create a dramatic people centre for personal development and to build momentum.”

Mr Belifore has also revealed aspirations for his team “to be the number one in the region”.

He’s done so with the assistance of Icon Interiors’ Gavin Morley, who has highlighted exactly how it was done: “Navigating the reimagining of space with the fierce war for real estate talent, and the new reality for workplace design, a flexible and collaborative hub was designed with integrated acoustic control to perform with focus and energy.

“Working with an industrial vibe, the Icon design studio utilised the concrete columns and walls exposure to foster a subtle grunge tone, integrated with a masculine colour palette and enlivened by splashes of Ray White corporate yellow.”

According to Mr Belfiore, “acoustically, it just works really well”.

“The space is fantastic; it’s a fabulous design, the energy of the team is at an all-time high!”
