An out-of-the-box full-service property agency has pulled together industry leaders and service providers in a bid to provide a seamless experience for property buyers and sellers.
Long-time colleagues Megan Rovers and Andrew King have recently launched the Geelong Property Hub in Armstrong Creek, with a team of local real estate professionals and vendors envisioned to do all the work for clients.
“Right from the outset, I’ve had a vision to collaborate with industry leaders to provide an end-to-end property experience, to ensure what can be a stressful, timely and costly exercise, is in fact, streamlined and enjoyable,” Ms Rovers explained.
As co-directors of the business, they have put together Property Hub, Property Hub Conveyancing, Property Hub Finance, Property Hub Project Marketing, Armstrong Real Estate and Oslo Property under the Geelong Property Hub roof to make each stage in the property buying process a breeze for clients.
“Whether you’re buying land, building, selling, leasing, refinancing or developing, the Geelong Property Hub is your complete property solution, providing professional and well-informed information at every step,” Ms Rovers continued.
The synergy of agents and innovative systems is set to provide “transparent systems, customised service, and professional advisory”.
“Both Armstrong Real Estate and Oslo Property have an intelligent and unique business structure, whereby a high premise is placed on collaboration within our immediate teams,” Ms Rovers said.
Drawing on Armstrong and Oslo’s collaborative culture, Ms Rovers highlighted the importance of working with and learning from colleagues from different departments in order “to successfully elevate their client’s property experience”.
Trudging through the process of business ideation to launch was not a walk in the park for the brains behind Geelong Property Hub, but this has not deterred the founders from carrying on with their dream.
“Curating this from the outset was a delicate process, but one we feel so proud to have achieved. I truly believe it was our initial business philosophy and unique set-up which has encouraged other brands to engage with our pretty ‘left of field’ idea,” Ms Rovers concluded.
