The independent Gateway Real Estate will now be operating as Raine & Horne Kyogle.
For Angus Raine, the executive chairman at Raine & Horne, the move represents an exciting chance to work with Aiden Chalker, who will head up Raine & Horne Kyogle.
Mr Chalker, who attended primary and secondary school in Kyogle, will bring his wealth of local experience to the Raine & Horne team, which will aid in the introduction of the company’s technology to the growing region.
“Driven and enthusiastic about real estate, Aiden is a rare commodity having extensive sales and property management experience, which laid the groundwork perfectly for his move into business ownership,” Mr Raine said
The introduction of these technologies will prove to be a pivotal point of difference in the Kyogle market, said Mr Chalker.
“Products such as Amplify and Digikit will change up the way real estate is sold and managed in Kyogle,” he said.
“The agencies here are very established and comfortable and still operate the way they did 20 years ago. So, bringing new technology and ideas to the real estate industry in Kyogle is very exciting.”
