Luschwitz Real Estate has revealed a brand new look for the business as it looks towards the next 50 years.

Navigating the COVID-19 period was tricky for many businesses, and for this north shore real estate business, it also meant a subdued milestone celebration. For five decades, the team at Luschwitz Real Estate has serviced the north shore and beyond, yet what would have been a special celebration, their 50th anniversary, was dampened by the beginning of the pandemic.

Instead of a celebratory golden jubilee, the business, led by Josh and John Luschwitz, decided it was time to undertake a rebrand.

For Josh Luschwitz, director and co-owner of the company, the new-look business has achieved a perfect merging of the past and the present.

“I couldn’t be happier. Our rebrand has managed to connect to our history and preserve our brand identity. Feedback from our clients and the community has been so positive,” Mr Luschwitz said.

Employing the services of one of Sydney’s top branding agencies, Luschwitz’s brand-new look aims to recognise the changes made in the business across the last 50 years, and has involved a number of updates, including a modernisation of colours and other aspects of the brand’s identity.

Most notably, the brand is retaining its iconic coat of arms – albeit with an update for the digital age – featuring a knight with a rampant fox, surrounded by mantling, and the knight’s helmet above it, which is crested with feathers and six flags.

Mr Luschwitz said the changes would ensure the company’s visual identity is aligned with their philosophy and practice  and an updated colour scheme pays homage to the original orange, while a beautiful new blue and a warm ivory elevate the scheme.

“It was very important to ensure we look as beautiful as the homes we market and sell, shared Mr Luschwitz.

I’d spent so long focusing on my clients and their properties, I thought it was time to invest in ourselves.

The director has also expressed the hope that the new logo not only showcases what the brand is all about to clients, but also to potential employees, revealing his intention to build out the business: “I will certainly be looking to grow our team, but it is integral that whoever joins us has a philosophy and outlook that aligns with our business.”

In addition to the redesigning of the company’s logo, Luschwitz’s new-look website has been launched to coincide with the rebrand and further reiterate the agency’s philosophy and showcase properties for sale across the north shore and surrounding regions.
