The network has made a number of new investments within its network management, marketing, and products and training teams.

Katrina Wise, Philip Grove, Teegan Benjamin, Isabel Nixon, Mike Carroll and Alexandra Lucas have been revealed as the latest hires.

Raine & Horne executive chairman Angus Raine revealed the appointments, stating that it was part of the brand’s commitment to providing “people-based support to the network”.

Sharing that 20 offices are set to join the network before Christmas, Mr Raine said: “The growth of our network has meant that our corporate team has the capacity to expand to cater for the growing demands.”

Mr Grove will take on the role of network manager for Western Australia, providing the state’s offices with a “dedicated corporate staff member to help with growth and business development opportunities”.

Mr Raine acknowledged that recent border closures and lockdowns had put human-based interaction “on the backburner”.

“Our offices in Western Australia will benefit a great deal from having a permanent fixture on the ground and Philip’s background in recruitment will develop our new business opportunities across Perth and regional WA,” he shared.

Up in Queensland, Ms Benjamin and Ms Wise are set to extend the existing support available in the state.

Raine & Horne has reported that with new offices in the pipeline, Ms Benjamin and Ms Wise’s assignments will support training, growth, and development opportunities.

In Sydney’s head office, Ms Nixon will aid with the brand’s graphic design needs, while Ms Lucas slots into the products and training team.

According to the brand, these appointments mean that the marketing and training and products teams are fully resourced.

The chairman said that Raine & Horne’s focus on building out the corporate team would facilitate development opportunities for agents through in-person training, business support and greater accessibility.

He stressed that “while every member of our corporate team is accessible, having on the ground brand advocates can facilitate a greater depth of engagement with our offering, whether that be our technology, training or product suite”.

“We take the requirements of our network very seriously and are constantly listening and adapting to ensure our offering is second-to-none,” Mr Raine said.
