The brand has revealed its 2025 Strategic Direction program, with the aim to be the “leading lifestyle property group in Sydney”.

BresicWhitney explained that meeting this target will involve an evolution of its lifestyle-centric position towards an approach that aims to continue to lead the property experience and environment for all stakeholders.

Having spent the past two decades bolstering its presence in Sydney’s inner west, inner east, and Hunters Hill, the agency is now pivoting its strategy, placing emphasis on leading markets within 10 kilometres of the city’s central business district, notably the north shore and eastern beaches.

Following on a record-breaking 2021–22 financial year, which saw over $50 million in revenue generated, BresicWhitney chief executive officer Thomas McGlynn said the new strategic plan was key to brand’s collective progression.

He expressed the group’s desire to focus on the people that “are at the centre of everything we do”, while being sustainable.

“We are not seeking growth for the sake of it. Our target markets are those in which we believe there is appetite for the point of difference and expertise that BresicWhitney is synonymous with,” he said.

“These are markets that make natural sense for us to be in as we move towards 2025, particularly as buyers, renters, and investors — many of whom are also active in our key inner Sydney markets — seek out homes across various price points in these communities.”

Not only will the group focus on what it can provide its customers but also the offerings it can make to employees, particularly with regards to career progression.

“Many of our leadership team and peers have been with us for five to 10 years and have witnessed the myriad opportunities that we can provide,” the group’s chief operating officer Will Gosse said.

“As a group, we remain genuinely passionate about empowering our people to find their place in property, and the role we can play in helping them define and deliver on what success looks like for them.”

Mr Gosse touched on the group’s intention to continue investing into its creative arm in order to cement the department’s operation and capability to ensure they can “continue to bring properties to life moving forward”.

The business’ strong financial position is the foundation of its 2025 Strategic Direction program. BresicWhitney completed $4.58 billion worth of transactions in Sydney across the past two financial years, while the 2021–22 financial year saw the brand expand its property management portfolio by 5.2 per cent to 3,000 residences.
