$350k up for grabs as Raine & Horne celebrates 140 years

To celebrate 140 years of business, the network’s Good as Gold 140 internal incentive campaign is offering its largest-ever prize pool.

The $350,000 prize pool marks the 140-year anniversary of Joseph Horne and Tom Raine launching the business, with network executive chairman, Angus Raine, believing the scheme will “build on the strong culture in our network by recognising those staff members who are committed to personalised service and to meeting a client’s real estate needs.” 

“The reason we are celebrating our 140-year anniversary is because of our people and this is a way to reward them as they have been integral in contributing to our longevity and massive growth,” he added.

This year’s revamped program runs until 30 November 2023 and will acknowledge nearly 65 per cent more winners than last year, with 70 Raine & Horne staff members winning monthly prizes and vouchers between $200 to $2,000 from some world-leading brands. 

“Across the program, we will recognise 700 winners as part of our monthly Feel-Good Friday (FGF) events for their hard work and dedication to the brand,” Mr Raine, the fourth generation of his family to lead the brand, said. 

He revealed if his great grandfather, Tom Raine, and Joseph Horne possessed today’s $350,000 prize pool, it would have been worth an “eye-watering” $10 million. 

The prizes will range from gift cards from Prezzee to bespoke luxury experiences. Mr Raine explained that “winners will be those team members who make record-breaking sales, provide incredible customer service, and remain engaged in our industry-leading products and services.”

Georgia Dunwoodie, network national marketing and communications manager, professed, “It is our people that make Raine & Horne great, and we look forward to recognising the results and success of everyone in the network.”

“We are especially excited as we enter our 140th year to celebrate our success,” she said.

Mr Raine concluded, “We will make sure every member of every office can join in our 140th-anniversary party by winning through Good as Gold 140.”
