The Brisbane-based agency has strengthened its mission with the advent of two new partnerships.

Harcourts Property Centre has created a new initiative whereby real estate organisations are offered a “pathway and program of work,” deliberately directed at creating chances for businesses “who are over the challenges of running their own business.”

According to director Aaron Brooks, it allows these real estate businesses the ability to work within the Harcourts Property Centre business and access the benefits that come with scale.

A busy last few weeks have seen Harcourts welcome two new participants into the program, further highlighting its commitment to a “deliberate focus on creating opportunities for [businesses] to actually work within the Harcourts Property Centre business.”

Wayne Hartley of Redlands Realty, who was recently welcomed under the program’s umbrella, explained that the move “makes so much sense” for the agency, adding how Harcourts’ suite of services proved an attractive offering.

He shared his belief that “together, we know we can provide our clients with an even better experience.”

Moreover, Liam Anlezark, Liam Kennedy, and the team at Stay Property Group Noosa have also joined up with the initiative, with the pair heralding it for allowing them to shift their attention away from administration tasks.

Sam Devlin, director at Harcourts Property Centre, said the business’s strategy was formed “knowing the industry is continuing to go through changing times where business owners are having to manage margins, team members, technology, clients’ expectations, culture, systems, and so on.”

Moving forward, the 120-strong team plans to focus on growth in the property management business while simultaneously continuing to welcome and support new businesses that opt to come on board. The group has even revealed that ongoing discussions with several key partners are set to result in numerous mergers in the coming month.

Mr Devlin concluded that the brand is “pleased that quality people want to join our business and we have a pathway and program for them to thrive in.”

The program is the latest of a host of activities Harcourts has undertaken in the new year.

In early January, the network strengthened its property management team in two leading Australian states and bolstered its executive ranks in South Australia, while last month saw a property specialist link up with the network and an “award-winning team” join its Queensland stock.
