Harcourts has added a manager to its Queensland outfit, who comes with a breadth of experience across many of Australia’s major real estate brands.

Kiarni Hall joins the firm as business operations manager for Harcourts Queensland, working with the Sunshine State team to continue honing the network’s performance in the region.

Hall has worked in real estate across Queensland and NSW, and comes with insight gained from a number of major brands. With experience spanning commercial and residential, Hall has been employed by LJ Hooker and its offshoot Atlas, McGees Property, CBRE, McGrath and Belle Property.

At those firms, she occupied roles that involve campaign, event and brand management; product testing, online and in-person systems; and process training.

It’s this wide-ranging background that Kyrstie Nolan, head of business operations, Harcourts Australia, cited as an incentive for appointing Hall to the position.

“Importantly for us, Kiarni’s experience spans a wide spectrum of functions which are the foundations of a successful business,” Nolan said.

The brand will particularly be looking to take advantage of her skill in providing educational support.

“Her experience in running group and individual training sessions, including internal systems and marketing training, marks her out as a business solutions specialist,” Nolan added.

Greg Allan, CEO of Harcourts Queensland, agreed, stating that her “specialist project and customer service management skills, and proven track record of working in complex and pressured environments, makes her an invaluable addition to the Queensland team”.

Hitting the ground running, Hall placed herself ready to tackle the job’s many functions.

“I pride myself on my ability to deliver value enthusiastically to any task presented,” she commented.

The operational specialist said she was attracted to the role based on Harcourts’ values and supportive staff environment.

“The company culture is one that fosters an environment of community and encouragement. I’m excited to represent our business owners with such a wonderful brand,” she said.

“It’s great to be in blue!”
