One Agency has announced the launch of its ninth new office for 2025, expanding into Sydney’s Upper North Shore in a bid to solidify its national presence further.

The new office, One Agency Roseville-Lindfield-Killara, located on Tryon Road in Lindfield, will be led by veteran principal Christine He.

The network said the new office is conveniently near major transport infrastructure and key retail hubs.

The new expansion comes amid a period of significant growth for the business after the first six months of this year, when several other offices were opened across NSW, Queensland, and Western Australia.

One Agency founder and CEO, Paul Davies, said the network has been one of Australia’s fastest-growing real estate networks, which enables experienced agents to operate their own business under a national brand with fixed costs.

Davies said the new office expansion showed that the One Agency franchise model is becoming popular among business owners.

“The addition of Roseville-Lindfield-Killara is a direct reflection of the calibre of business owners we’re now attracting,” he said.

“The model appeals to those seeking full control without sacrificing access to systems, structure, and a nationally recognised identity.”

Mindy Powell-Hodges, who recently jumped on board the group’s leadership team, said the pace of the company’s expansion demonstrates One Agency’s success.

“To have added nine offices in six months speaks to the strength of the model and the level of market confidence in the brand,” she said.

One Place, the business’s proprietary platform, will support the new office, offering a centralised ecosystem of marketing resources, operational systems, and other tools to boost agency performance and efficiency.

Powell-Hodges flagged more is expected as the brand’s momentum continues, with another six offices in various onboarding stages across Australia and New Zealand.

She added it’s becoming increasingly clear that traditional franchise models are insufficient and fail to match the financial realities and expectations of today’s high-achieving agents.

“The latest addition to our network comes from yet another former franchise owner – part of a growing group seeking to escape the fee structures linked to gross commission income,” she concluded.
