The Agency Southern Highlands has launched a dedicated property management division that will enhance the office’s services within Bowral and the wider Mittagong area.

The new team will be led by senior portfolio partners Tarnielle Edye and Telissa Clout, who will be supported by The Agency’s national property management division as they expand The Agency Southern Highlands’ offerings.

The Agency said that Edye brings over eight years of real estate experience and a broad knowledge base of insights across the residential and commercial property management sectors.

The network said Edye’s expertise will enable her to offer a proactive and hands-on management approach to the new property management division.

Additionally, with a decade of real estate experience, Clout will lead the property management operations at The Agency Southern Highlands.

Clout started her career within sales administration before spending the next eight years working in property management roles, where she gained an interpersonal skill set and the capacity to build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Director of The Agency Southern Highlands, Ben Olofsen, said that the launch of the office’s new property management division had been a long time coming.

“We’ve had clients asking us for years to offer property management, across the NSW Southern Highlands, but we didn’t want to offer the service until we could do it properly,” he said.

Olofsen said that circumstances had finally aligned to launch the new property division, which will be equipped for success under the leadership of Edye and Clout.

“We’ve brought in the right people, put the right structure in place, and are confident that our property management team will meet the same high standards we’re known for in sales,” Olofsen said.

The Agency national head of property management, Maria Carlino, said that the new offering from its Southern Highlands outpost will provide tenants and landlords with comprehensive property management services.

“Offering landlords and tenants the rare advantage of a single, consistent point of contact from start to finish, The Agency Southern Highlands property management team will provide a personal, end-to-end approach,” Carlino said.

“It includes full-service property management for residential landlords, covering everything from tenant selection and lease negotiation to maintenance, inspections, and compliance,” she concluded.

The new division’s launch represents the latest growth of The Agency’s wider network, with its Western Australian branch recently announcing a trio of senior appointments to support its continued growth in the state.
