Place Estate Agents has announced a new marketing leader to join the team of its Redcliffe Peninsula location to help bolster the network’s presence in the Queensland market.
Place Redcliffe Peninsula has recruited Daniel Lyngcoln as its new head of marketing to help enhance its services to clients across the coast of south-east Queensland.
Lyngcoln brings over 20 years of industry experience and has previously overseen large-scale network rebrands, doubling the size of a multi-office business.
Prior to joining Place Redcliffe Peninsula, Lyngcoln served as the chief marketing officer for a major network, transforming the business by overhauling its lead generation program.
Lyngcoln said he aims to leverage his insights into digital strategy, brand development and first-party lead generation to bolster Place Redcliffe Peninsula’s suite of real estate services.
“This role with Place Redcliffe is about creating something special; a high-performance marketing engine built inside the business,” Lyngcoln said.
As the new head of marketing for Place Redcliffe Peninsula, Lyngcoln will work alongside business owners, Jess Culling and Troy Bateman, to lead the agency’s strategy, campaign creation, and broader sales and property management marketing.
Place Redcliffe Peninsula also said that Lyngcoln will focus on implementing technological solutions that will help the office’s personnel and clients to stand out from the competition in the Peninsula market.
“We’re combining the strength of the Place brand with personalised, data-led marketing strategies that deliver real value to sellers, landlords and buyers in this unique market,” he said.
Lyngcoln said that his appointment had coincided with an upswing in activity on the Redcliffe Peninsula, and shared his aim to raise the bar accordingly for Place Redcliffe Peninsula’s marketing efforts.
He added that an active approach to marketing is essential to stand out among the crowded Peninsula market.
“This isn’t just about putting a property on a portal and hoping for the best,” Lyngcoln said.
“It’s about understanding the audience, delivering the right message at the right time, and making every property, and every client, feel like the hero of the story.”
Culling said that Lyngcoln’s appointment would help the office to execute its long-term marketing strategy and further establish itself in the Peninsula market.
“With Daniel in-house, we’re creating lead funnels that are built around our clients, our team, and our community. It’s local marketing with enterprise-level thinking – and that’s our point of difference,” she concluded.
