Magain Real Estate has marked its 50th anniversary with a full brand refresh, rolling out a new identity across its 14 Adelaide offices.

The rebrand includes a redesigned logo, refreshed visual elements, an upgraded website, alongside enhanced marketing and client touchpoints.

The company has returned to its signature “Magain Green” in a nod to its original branding, under the tagline: “New look, same Magain,” while retaining its well-known slogan, “Sold by Magain. Again.”

Managing director Zoe Ball, who has been with the business since 1998, said the refresh honours the network’s heritage as it positions itself for the future.

“As someone who has lived and worked in Adelaide’s southern suburbs my whole life, I know how important trust and community connection are to our clients,” Ball said.

“Magain has been part of the South Australian property landscape for 50 years because we put people first and deliver real results. This rebrand honours where we have come from while ensuring we continue to serve our community with the same genuine care, local expertise and personal service our clients expect.”

Magain was established in 1975 and now has 110 staff over 14 offices. It currently has one of the state’s largest rent rolls with 4,400 properties.

Chief executive officer, Mike Dobbin, explained that the rebrand sets the company up for their next half century.

“This rebrand is an important milestone for us,” Dobbin said. “It is about honouring 50 years of trusted service while setting ourselves up for the next 50. Our promise to our clients remains the same: genuine care, local expertise, and results they can rely on.”

“We are incredibly proud of the team that makes Magain what it is today, and excited to keep serving South Australians with the same integrity and dedication that has defined us from day one.”
