Take the first step in being recognised by submitting an entry or nominating a worthy colleague or business before Thursday, 13 November 2025.
There are 32 categories on offer, including 19 individual, 10 group, and three corporate categories.
Some of the individual categories include Auctioneer of the Year, Operations Manager of the Year, and Sales Campaign of the Year.
The highest-scoring individual winner will become the recipient of the coveted REB Excellence Award.
The group categories on offer include Buyer's Agency of the Year, Sales Office of the Year, and Training and Education Program of the Year, while corporate categories spotlight major and boutique networks and company innovators.
The awards are open to all individuals and businesses supporting the Australian real estate industry.
Held on Thursday, 19 February 2026 at The Star in Sydney, the black-tie gala event will showcase the depth of talent across the real estate profession while affirming the sector’s essential role in supporting the expansion of Australia’s economy.
The prestigious awards ceremony will unite the full spectrum of real estate professionals, from the sector’s leading innovators to its rising stars, for an unmissable night of networking and celebration.
Why submit?
The REB Awards celebrate the best of the best across real estate, and by submitting to the awards program, participants will gain industry recognition and elevate their profile nationwide.
For organisations, securing one of these awards sets the company apart when attracting and retaining top talent, as well as strengthening its position when winning and retaining business. For individuals, the recognition of winning an accolade has the potential to accelerate career advancement and enhance professional credibility.
All submissions will undergo a thorough audit process, checking demographic and other information against category eligibility criteria based on the information provided in the submission.
To determine the finalists for each category, those submissions deemed eligible against submission criteria will be reviewed and assessed by a panel of Momentum Media events and editorial team members and executives (and industry stakeholders where required).
Finalists will be announced on Thursday, 11 December 2025, so keep an eye out for your name on the list!
