An independent regional real estate network has announced a new appointment to optimise overall business operations, bolster leadership skills, and strengthen strategic thinking.
Lifestyle Group has appointed Michael Buckland to optimise overall business operations as the network seeks to boost its results and team performance.
Buckland’s most recent role was head of sales for Cotality’s real estate department, with experience spanning partnerships, marketing, and operational leadership.
Lifestyle Group said Buckland's decades of experience in sales, operations, and transformation, underpinned by a focus on strategy, passion, and high performance, would add value to the network.
Additionally, CEO of Lifestyle Group, David Gray, said that Buckland’s personality matched the core culture of the brand.
“Lifestyle isn’t about chasing the old version of success; it’s about creating something real, regional, and remarkable. Michael embodies that,” Gray said.
The network said that Buckland’s leadership, which blended precision, people skills, and culture, had empowered and delivered results to the teams he had previously worked with.
Buckland said that joining Lifestyle Group was an easy decision because the brand aligned with his vision for real estate.
He said that in his new role, he intended to help Lifestyle continue to build a people-first culture.
“I’m here to help amplify that difference, to build systems that serve people and communities, and to make regional living the benchmark for success,” he concluded.
The appointment followed the network's recent acquisition of Nolan Partners Coffs Harbour, which formed Lifestyle Coffs Harbour as part of a strategic expansion.
