A regional NSW network has strategically acquired a Coffs Harbour agency, combining two decades of local expertise with broader resources to expand its presence and connect offices across the region.

Lifestyle Group has announced its expansion across regional NSW, with Nolan Partners Coffs Harbour joining the network to form Lifestyle Coffs Harbour.

The Nolan Partners agency, founded by Melissa and Scott Nolan, brings more than two decades of experience and local knowledge of the surrounding area.

Lifestyle Group CEO and founder David Gray said that the decision to acquire the agency was made to create greater opportunity for its teams and clients.

“Coffs Harbour is a very strategic acquisition for us – connecting our local offices in Nambucca, Valla and Bellingen in the south with our Clarence Valley offices in Grafton, Wooli, Yamba and Maclean,” he said.

“We now have a presence that spans the coast from Forster to Brunswick Heads and as far west as the rural heartlands of Casino.”

Lifestyle’s head of brand & client experience, Jonathan Maggs, said that the merger was made easy, given Nolan Partners’ mission and values aligned with the network’s own.

“Together, we’ll continue building genuine relationships and delivering a real estate experience grounded in care, connection and community,” he said.

Melissa and Scott Nolan said that joining Lifestyle marked a significant step in the agency’s growth strategy and evolution.

“Things are constantly changing in real estate, and that pace of change is only going to accelerate,” they said.

“While we’ve always been proud to lead the market on the Coffs Coast, we’re never content to stand still – we’re always striving for more.”

They added that joining a larger network would provide better access to training, innovation, and resources, ultimately benefiting their clients.

In addition, the pair said the acquisition would open up more career runways and growth opportunities for their team, which has always been a big priority.

“What this partnership gives us is a greater reach and access to the best minds and resources across the region,” they said.

“It means we can continue to do what we love – supporting our community – while also learning and growing alongside some of the most forward-thinking professionals in the industry.”

Similarly, Scott Nolan said that the partnership marked the next chapter in the agency’s strategy, allowing it to grow the legacy it has built over the past two decades.

“This partnership with Lifestyle allows us to build on everything we’ve achieved while opening new doors for our team, our clients, and the Coffs Harbour community,” he said.

“There’s a real sense of momentum - and we’re excited to see what we can achieve together,” Nolan concluded.
