A triple expansion of Knight Frank's national Advisory arm will bolster capabilities across the newly created department, strengthening advisory services in the commercial sector.
Knight Frank has made three new appointments to its Advisory service line following the establishment of the department earlier this year.
Jack Murphy has been appointed manager – advisory, Jordan Kery will take on the role of senior associate – advisory, and Peter Pontifix has been appointed associate – advisory.
The network said the trio have all come from big four consulting and funds backgrounds, working across transactions, advisory, strategy and risk.
The expansion followed the creation of Knight Frank’s Advisory service line in Australia in September, led by Kelwyn Teo.
The team works with clients across the entire life cycle of major project investments and development transactions within the strategic, commercial and portfolio repositioning sectors.
In particular, the team will serve clients on major projects involving precinct development, transit-oriented development, and the creation of city centres.
The firm said the new appointments will build on its capabilities to deliver tailored advisory services for projects across the country, both in the government and private sectors.
Teo said the trio will leverage their industry expertise to deliver tailored advice.
“With combined financial and commercial backgrounds, their skillsets and capabilities will support the growth of the platform and contribute invaluably to major real estate assignments for our clients,” he concluded.
