Knight Frank has been nurturing young talents, bringing on a participant from this year’s student program to strengthen its South Australian investment sales team.

After joining Knight Frank’s student program earlier this year, Ned Walter has been appointed as the firm’s new sales and leasing executive in its Adelaide offices.

This year, the business employed 12 students nationwide, providing them with practical experience in the industry, offering mentorship support and a tailored learning program to set them up for a real estate career.

Knight Frank managing director for South Australia, Bobbette Scott, said the network had seen Walter develop his skills over the past eight months, believing he would continue to be an asset in the Investment Sales team.

“Collectively, our agents have strong experience, knowledge and skills in Adelaide’s commercial property market, and are well equipped to deliver the best service to our clients,” she said.

“They continue to work in collaboration with our Capital Markets team, consisting of Max Frohlich, Ryan Mills and Casey Clements, to deliver outstanding outcomes.”

Knight Frank partner, head of investment sales for South Australia, Chet Al, said the investment sales team was gearing up for 2026, with the network projecting greater transactional activity.

He said staff were ready to hit the ground running as the commercial property market continues its recovery, with South Australia seeing greater investor demand.

“We are especially seeing a lot of interest from interstate buyers drawn to South Australia’s relative affordability and attractive tax environment, as well as its growth prospects, with assets in the sub-$15 million range a strong focus for these investors,” he said.

“As an expanded and strengthened team, we look forward to continuing to provide our valued clients with the best advice and service,” he concluded.
