A new northern Gold Coast agency will service a fast-growing region, led by a seasoned principal with a strong community focus and people-first ethos.
PRD has opened a new office in Helensvale, led by veteran principal Pat Reynolds, who has spent more than a decade in the Gold Coast property market.
PRD said Reynolds brought corporate and government relations experience, commercial expertise, and a dedication to community‑driven leadership.
Reynolds said that PRD’s values, including a commitment to integrity, innovation and collaboration, aligned with his own and were a major factor in his decision to join the network.
“PRD also stood out for its strong reputation, forward-thinking approach and genuine commitment to research and data.”
He said his team was focused on being a trusted agency for the area and aimed to put people first, supplying clients with clear, timely insights amid a competitive market.
“Having access to credible property intelligence means better decision‑making and better outcomes for our clients.”
PRD managing director Todd Hadley said Reynolds and his team would be a valuable asset, bolstering the network as it marked its 50th year of operation.
“The network has only grown stronger over the past five decades, and PRD Helensvale is an outstanding addition to our ongoing legacy.”
Reynolds said that joining PRD will be valuable for his career, giving him the chance for autonomy, strong support systems, and the backing of a reputable brand.
He also said that as PRD Helensvale established itself, he would seek to expand the team with motivated professionals who shared similar values, culture and a long-term vision.
“Our focus is on building a team that feels supported, empowered and aligned with strong ethical and professional standards.”
“We’re excited to bring PRD to Helensvale and offer a professional, approachable and results-driven service,” he concluded.
