A four year-old Pilbara, West Australia-based real estate firm is set to open offices in Perth and the country’s east coast, the company’s director has confirmed.
Crawford Realty, which has 60 staff based in four offices in Port Hedland, South Hedland, Karratha and Newman, will open a project marketing business in Perth this month.
Further expansion in the country's eastern states is also planned.
“Due to unprecedented growth in our project marketing sales and strengthening relationships with all major developers in the north west, Crawford Realty will also be adding a Perth-based project marketing office to our growing corporate brand,” said Ryan Crawford, group director of Crawford Realty.
“This office, opening in August 2012, will allow Crawford Realty to manage and sell large scale project marketing developments while still ensuring our sales teams are based locally with local knowledge and best yet local sales experience.”
“In addition our company will continue to invest in our staff and technology so as a company we continue to be the premier supplier of positively geared properties within Australia,” he said.
The agency, which is a member of the WA-based Ausnet network - the state's biggest selling group of independent agencies - was established by Ryan Crawford in 2008 with five staff. Property investors form an important part of the company’s business.
The agency’s Hayden Crawford recently finished 80th on the Real Estate Business Top 100 Agents ranking, reporting $32 million in sales during 2011.
“There is no reason why there should be one service level experienced in the city and another in the Pilbara,” Ryan Crawford continued. “Northwest residents deserve to be given the very best service and access to new and innovative options within the real estate industry.”

Mr Crawford added that the greatest measure of his company’s success to date is the loyalty of their clients, and that more than 80 per cent of new clients have been referred to them by existing customers.
“It is very pleasing to know that the vast majority of our clients are repeat investors who have bought their first Pilbara property through Crawford Realty and then built their portfolio to much higher numbers once they understood the wealth that positive gearing property can create," he said.
