Industry trainer Josh Phegan will be announcing the winner of the Top 100 Agents ranking at AREC in May.
Mr Phegan said he is excited to share the stage with three of this year’s top performing agents.
“[I’m looking forward to hearing] case studies of great business turnarounds. As an agent in the audience the number one thing you want is to here specific things that each agent has done to turn their business into a great success story,” he told Real Estate Business.
“From simple dialogue through to specific initiatives to get more done in less time.”
Mr Phegan will host a panel with three of the rankings top performers, focussing on topics including how they handle volume of email inquiries and what they do to prospect more effectively.
“Top performers have a clear process on how they generate their business. Given the time restrictions, they stay focused doing the work that generates the income," he said.
“They have more structure in their week so that they can have more freedom in their business. It's about making the decision to be clear on what you want, and then going after it.”
Mr Phegan will also be hosting his own talk during AREC with a particular focus on listing presentations.
“I've sat in front of hundreds of real estate agents across the country and had them attempt to list my property," he said.
“From this case study we've walked away with an incredibly rich source of data about what the very best agents are doing. I'll review the critical insights gained and what steps you need to undertake to win more business, more often.”
