First National Real Estate has aligned itself with Properti in a bid to level up its social media automation tool.

According to a statement, the collaboration will enhance the already-established FN Social Express platform, which is powered by Properti, and is engineered to deliver “constant and consistent social media content across all office social pages”.

First National chief operating officer, Edward Atkinson, said the collaboration with Properti is a testament to the group’s “dedication to providing its agents and offices with the best resources available”.

“With FN Social Express powered by Properti, we are equipping our network with an even more powerful tool that will transform their social media strategies and help them stand out in a competitive market,” he continued.

Craig Deveson, CEO of Properti, said they are “thrilled” to be taking the FN Social Express platform “to the next level”.

“This partnership reflects our commitment to leveraging technology to enhance the real estate industry, making sophisticated marketing tools accessible and manageable for professionals at all levels,” Deveson remarked.

According to the two players, the collaboration signifies a significant step forward in the integration of technology and real estate marketing.

Through harnessing the power of AI and automation, the Social Express platform looks to empower agents and offices “to reach new heights in digital engagement and client interaction”.

Available to all First National offices and agents, thanks to the new partnership, the new developments to FN Social Express also consider the diverse needs of real estate offices and agents, with the partnership offering several upgrade packages, including vendor paid advertising (VPA) marketing, which aims to provide offices with the ability to tailor their social media strategies to both meet specific goals and enhance online visibility.
