Rockend adds 4,000th customer

Rockend, a specialist software provider for the real estate industry, said double-digit growth over the past seven years, driven in part from costumers reporting poor to no support from their previous supplier, has helped deliver its 4,000th client this week. “Interest to switch from other systems has doubled in the past 12 months as suppliers have failed to meet reasonable client expectations,” Rockend general manager John Goddard said.

“Poor or no support is the common complaint.”

Rockend, which produces the REST Professional and PropertyTree for property management, STRATA Master for body corporate management and the fileSMART document management system, said it has maintained an annual growth rate over 20 per cent since 2005.

Client number 4,000 was Manuka Property Group, from Manuka in the ACT, which switched to Rockend’s REST Professional application.

“Rockend’s success in reaching the 4,000th client milestone is based on the dedication and quality of our people” CEO Alister Maple-Brown added.

“Investing in our people has always been essential to help our clients build their business.”

Rockend was established in 1979 and services clients across Australia and New Zealand.
