Coronis has announced a new member of its leadership team who will help manage the group’s strategic expansion.
Fiona Nichols has joined the Coronis team in the position of training and development manager, after 13 years in real estate during which she has headed up the property management departments at Ray White, Johnston and Devcorp Services.
Ms Nichols said that she was eager to commence her new role and make a difference at Coronis.
“I’ve had the fortune of working at some great companies and, in that time, I have been like a sponge, soaking up different methods and strategies that work well which I’m looking forward to applying at Coronis,” Ms Nichols said.
The new member said that her goal at the company was to evolve the training program and to better integrate the different parts of the company.
“One of my big goals is to ensure both the sales and property management teams have a thorough understanding of how to work together as a cohesive unit for the benefit of our clients,” Ms Nichols said.
Coronis property management director Jodi Ford said that Ms Nichols was a valuable addition to the team and brought with her a wealth of knowledge.
“I’m honoured that Fiona has decided to become a part of the Coronis family and help us evolve our training program for our team of 60-plus property managers,” Ms Ford said.
Ms Ford said that Ms Nichols has a proven ability at dealing with various client touchpoints in a real estate journey which would prove invaluable.
“Fiona’s position is a new and exciting role within the company, which I believe will greatly assist our efforts of making the buying, renting and selling process easier for our clients,” the property management director said.
