For the first time in 99 years, the Yarraville outfit has embarked on the acquisition of a rent roll.
Jas Stephens Real Estate has revealed its acquisition of the Barlow McEwan Tribe (Newport) rent roll.
According to the agency, the move “reflects the positive outlook the agency has for the immediate future and beyond” and comes ahead of its 100-year birthday celebrations next year.
Weighing in, Jas Stephens executive chairman Craig Stephens called it “a significant step in the history of the agency”.
“We believe this investment to be a tangible indication of the strength of Jas, the optimism we have for the future, and our commitment to growing the business in the inner west,” Mr Stephens said.
As part of the move, the rental staff from Barlow McEwan Tribe have all joined Jas Stephens’ property management department under the leadership of Daria Beck, with Mr Stephens expressing his delight at the alignment.
“New clients joining us can be confident their properties are being looked after by one of the best rental teams in Victoria,” he professed.
