A major north Brisbane office has launched a dedicated property management arm as it pushes to become a full-service agency in one of the nation’s fastest-growing markets.
Place Redcliffe Peninsula has launched a property management division as the office looks to become a full-service agency.
Stephanie Mills has joined as senior property manager to help steer the expansion, bringing more than seven years’ experience across property management, leasing, and business development.
She has been managing the local portfolio in partnership with Place Nundah and will now be based full-time at the Redcliffe Peninsula office.
Mills will work alongside Troy Bateman, business development manager for property management.
“Having Steph here on the ground, working directly from our office, is a huge win for our clients,” Bateman said. “She’s professional, proactive, and genuinely cares about every property she looks after. This will make a real difference for local investors.”
The network said the move was a critical step in its strategy to provide end-to-end services for clients, covering sales, management, and long-term investment support.
“I love getting to know people and helping them feel confident about their property journey,” Mills said. “Whether it’s a first-time investor or a long-term landlord, I see every property as an opportunity to create a great experience for everyone involved.”
It comes weeks after the office announced that a new marketing leader joined the team to help bolster the network’s presence.
In June, the office announced that it recruited Daniel Lyngcoln as its new head of marketing to help enhance its services to clients across the coast of south-east Queensland.
Lyngcoln brings over 20 years of industry experience and has previously overseen large-scale network rebrands, doubling the size of a multi-office business.
Prior to joining Place Redcliffe Peninsula, Lyngcoln served as the chief marketing officer for a major network, transforming the business by overhauling its lead generation program.
Lyngcoln said he aims to leverage his insights into digital strategy, brand development, and first-party lead generation to bolster Place Redcliffe Peninsula’s suite of real estate services.
