A fast-growing property management platform has unveiled its latest integration with REI Forms and Realworks. Under the partnership, Managed agencies will now have easy access to the industry’s most widely recognised agreements and forms through seamless one-click access.
Seamless access to REI-standard documentation had been a feature that Managed customers flagged as a priority.
“This was the most requested integration from our customers,” Bairave Jeyasothy, customer success leader at Managed, said.
“It signals parity with legacy CRMs while delivering a more modern, automated operating model.”
Not only is this a welcome announcement for existing customers, but according to Managed chief executive officer (CEO) Phil Tarrant, it is also expected to give growth-focused agencies another good reason to consider this next-gen tech stack to help grow their rent roll.

Managed is a 360-degree total cloud solution that automates most manual property management tasks. Its market-leading owner portal, automated payments and simplified workflows are a driving force that enables growth-focused agencies to build rent rolls quickly and efficiently.
The new integration embeds REI Forms and Realworks directly into Managed workflows, enabling managers, leasing teams, and business development managers to generate agreements without switching systems or re-entering data. Other integrations include Detector Inspector, Snug, Inspection Express, and FLK it over.
Agencies that are on the Managed platform can effortlessly access legally compliant, trusted, industry-standard forms that reduce duplication, compliance risk, and errors.
The Managed platform now automatically populates property, owner, and tenant information, while completed forms are stored against records. On top of this, documentation is linked to tasks and workflows.
