An East Fremantle real estate agency has hit a major milestone, clocking more than $1 billion in property sales five years after launching.

White House Property Partners, founded in 2019, confirmed the billion-dollar figure this month, marking a rapid rise for the boutique agency operating in and around Fremantle’s competitive residential market.

The agency has grown its footprint across suburbs including Fremantle, East Fremantle, Bicton, White Gum Valley, and North Coogee areas known for their mix of character homes, redevelopment potential, and coastal lifestyle appeal.

Director and principal, Stefanie Dobro, said the milestone reflects a “deeply personal” aspect to real estate transactions, rather than a focus on volume alone.

“Each sale is a deeply personal journey whether it’s a first home, a downsize, a family legacy, or a major investment. What matters most to us is that our clients feel heard, supported, and confident every step of the way.”

The agency credited word-of-mouth referrals and repeat business for its growth, pointing to a values-based approach focused on transparency and communication.

While larger agencies often rely on national branding and scale, White House Property Partners has positioned itself as a local alternative with a leaner team and a hyperlocal focus.

The $1 billion figure comes as part of the broader boom in Perth’s property market in recent years. Median house prices in many of the agency’s key suburbs have surged since 2019, driven by tight supply, population growth, and increased interstate migration.

Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) data shows East Fremantle’s median house price currently sits around $2 million, up significantly from pre-COVID levels.

The agency said it plans to maintain its client-focused model as it continues to expand its presence in the Fremantle area.

The firm said it has no plans to shift away from its current business model despite growing market share.

The milestone comes as Western Australia’s property sector faces ongoing debate over housing supply, affordability, and the role of boutique versus large-scale agencies in shaping the market.
