Harcourts Rodgers Group has announced the appointment of a new head of sales to strengthen its leadership team and solidify its commitment to growth.
Harcourts Rodgers Group (RG) has announced the appointment of Nigel Summerville as the network’s new head of sales, bringing more than two decades of experience to the role.
The network said Summerville would bring a proactive approach and strategic insight to the office, located in Hope Island, in the Gold Coast’s north.
“Nigel has built a reputation as a highly accomplished professional with a talent for driving business growth and leading high-performing teams,” Harcourts said.
Summerville will be joining the leadership team alongside Tamara Rodgers, Oliver Rodgers, and Jacinda Pearse, who heads the property management department.
Harcourts RG founder and director, Oliver Rodgers, said Summerville’s extensive real estate expertise will be an asset for the growing team.
“Known for his ability to mentor high-performing teams and transform innovative ideas into real results, he’s the perfect addition to our team here at Harcourts Rodgers Group,” he said.
“With his proven track record in sales strategy, business development, and team excellence, we can’t wait to see the amazing things we’ll achieve together!”
Summerville said joining the Harcourts network in the Gold Coast was a growth opportunity he couldn’t miss.
“The northern end of the Gold Coast offers a wonderful lifestyle with continued development and growth in the area with its close proximity to all waterways, the beaches, and proximity to Brisbane CBD,” he said.
Recently, the network expanded its Sunshine Coast presence with two new offices in Gympie and Pomona under Harcourts One Group, and built on its South Australian services with a new Adelaide City office.
The network said Summerville’s expertise and leadership aligned with Harcourts RG’s commitment to delivering quality service and results.
“This new chapter marks an exciting step towards continued growth and excellence for the team,” it concluded.
