Barry Plant has received exclusive early access to a new prospecting platform that is expected to change how agents connect with prospective vendors.

Barry Plant has signed an exclusive access agreement with Rebot Mobile App, which signifies a leap in innovation and technology for the real estate industry.

The app, developed in close collaboration with the Barry Plant Group, is now live across the network and is expected to give Victorian agents a clear advantage.

Barry Plant agents have temporary exclusive access to Rebot before it becomes available to the wider industry.

The tool utilises propensity models and predictive AI to streamline prospecting efforts and identify the most promising leads.

“Rebot analyses contacts within the customer relationship management system (CRM), cross-references them with current market activity, and applies a proprietary ‘propensity to sell’ score out of 100,” the network said.

“Agents are then delivered the highest-scoring leads directly through the app, allowing them to focus their time and energy on the contacts most likely to convert.”

The app ensures focused, consistent prospecting as leads are delivered in sets of seven.

“If a lead isn’t actioned within a short window, it returns to the broader pool, ensuring data remains timely, relevant and actionable, helping agents connect with customers at the optimal moment,” Barry Plant said.

In addition, Rebot enables convenience by allowing agents to make calls, take notes, and sync updates directly to the CRM, all from their phone.

The app also boosts data quality and agent efficiency by identifying and amending issues such as incorrect contact details or duplicate records.

Barry Plant said that early pilot testing proved successful, with results being immediate and measurable.

“One Barry Plant agent showcased the power of the Rebot mobile app, converting 25 per cent of leads into connected calls, with one in five of those calls leading to an appraisal and a listing,” the network said.

Rebot founder Darren McCoy said that Rebot enables clean and accurate data, with the company having taken five years to refine the complex technology.

“The mobile app is a sophisticated delivery system designed to support agents, not replace them,” he said.

“Rebot aims to reduce spam across the industry – it doesn’t reach out on your behalf, but empowers agents to build genuine, high-quality relationships. No AI bots, no spam emails, no junk texts annoying clients.”

Barry Plant CEO, Lisa Pennell, said the app has the potential to transform the way agents prospect and generate leads.

“Its advanced data-cleaning capabilities promise a better experience for both agents and customers, with less spam and more meaningful connections. That’s something we at Barry Plant are deeply focused on,” she said.

In light of the advancement, Pennell said technology still needs to be used in the right way within real estate, as the industry is all about building relationships.

“We’re all about less tech, and only the very best tech, to support relationships, not come between them. Rebot ticks all the boxes,” she concluded.
