Lifestyle, which recently exited the Elders network with its 21 offices, has acquired multiple businesses across northern NSW – and now claims to have the top spot for regional sales.

Real estate group Lifestyle announced that it has completed acquisitions in Nambucca, Valla, Bellingen and Hallidays Point, further strengthening its growing regional NSW footprint.

Additional acquisitions are scheduled in the coming months as Lifestyle pushes ahead with its rapid expansion strategy.

The group now claims to hold the largest market share of sold listings throughout regional NSW.

“It might sound biased, but we’re at the point now where we can confidently say we’ve got the best of regional NSW covered. From Brunswick Heads down to Forster, wherever you are, you’re in a Lifestyle location,” said David Gray, CEO and founder of Lifestyle Group.

Lifestyle began with the acquisition of Elders Port Macquarie in 2017 which now serves as the group’s headquarters. It then expanded across the mid-north coast and northern NSW.

The company attributes its growth to a unique operating model that promotes unity over competition.

“We’ve been able to establish ourselves as number one for market share because we don’t operate like other brands,” Gray said. “We’re not 25 different offices working in competition with each other. Instead, we’re one cohesive team, working together seamlessly across 25 locations.”

“Which means our network gives us the ability to deliver more value, more opportunity, and a better experience for every buyer, seller, renter, holidaymaker, and community that we’re part of.”

Head of brand and client experience, Jonathan Maggs, said agents and agencies have begun approaching the company.

“Culturally, principals recognise we’re a different kind of brand in that we’re purpose-built for regional communities,” he said.

“They know their teams will be genuinely supported, their clients will get service excellence, and the community will benefit from Lifestyle’s commitment to local growth and prosperity.”
