Introducing Ignite, a self-service app and web platform available from realestate.com.au, that gives real estate agents access to all their listing campaigns, on the go.

Today’s real estate agent is increasingly a mobile agent. Agents want to have information available to them at the press of a button, in the palm of their hands. Ignite, available for agents via the web and on both iOS and Android devices as an app, is a self service platform from realestate.com.au that helps real estate agents understand and engage with their listings.

Recently, new features have been released for Ignite that provide timely, valuable information while increasing an agent’s efficiency.

Edit Your realestate.com.au Agent Profile

Your Agent Profile on realestate.com.au is one way to differentiate yourself from other agents and crucial when potential sellers are starting to research who they want to work with. With 42% of sellers saying that finding a real estate agent is one of the most stressful aspects of the selling process, providing information on your Agent Profile can help eliminate some of that stress of choosing an agent. Your Agent Profile is also an essential part of building your personal agent brand.

The Ignite app has made editing and updating your realestate.com.au Agent Profile easier than ever. You can add a professional tagline (i.e., your headline) and information about yourself, include your specialities, awards and achievements, and provide a YouTube or Vimeo link to a video that best describes who you are and what you do.

Access and Share Your Reviews

41% of sellers say that they would consider online reviews when selecting an agent, and more people are starting to use verified online ratings and reviews as they would other forms of referrals—as guideposts for which agent to choose. With Ignite, accessing and sharing your reviews only takes a few clicks of a button.

By enabling notifications on Ignite, you can stay on top of changes to the Ignite platform, including new reviews, updated listings, reporting, and enquiries. Plus, all your reviews are in one place, and you can reply to and share each review straight from the app. Replying to reviews provides another level of engagement your clients will appreciate. Reviews can also be immediately shared from the Ignite app to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram

Take Advantage of Updated Reporting

Tracking activity on your listing, as well as other listings in the area, gives you the ability to have well-informed conversations with your sellers. As this information is updated every morning at 5am, you can be ensured that the information you share is current and relevant.

This information includes a Snapshot of people’s interest in a property, such as engagement, property saves, and page views. Additionally, you will find an Also Viewed feature, which shows what other listings in the area your audience is looking at, data you can’t find anywhere outside of Ignite. Ignite is also the only place where you can see when your listing is next going to rotate to the top of its realestate.com.au depth tier. Tracking those details, along with the property’s performance and enquiries, can aid in your ongoing plans and strategy for that property.

The power of your realestate.com.au Agent Profile, reviews, and reports can be in the palm of your hand with one download of the Ignite app. The app is available on Apple iOS and Google Play stores. For more information on Ignite, visit realestate.com.au Agent Marketing Centre.
