Artificial intelligence (AI) is now making it possible to trigger real-time conversations with potential consumers, according to a company that is harnessing the technology in a bid to improve lead generation.

Propic has reported its introduction of a “world-first” residential property listing product with the capacity to trigger sophisticated and interpretive AI conversations.

The listing product, called Enliven, aims to enable agents to focus on the most serious buyers, according to chief executive officer Jeffery Gray, who said the product is able to improve the customer experience as well as increase agent productivity.

He’s also touted Enliven’s ability to help identify potential vendors, explaining that “agents are notified straight to their phone as to who to call and why, with a breakdown of the AI discussion to date, and without the need to log into a new system”.

The introduction of the listing product comes after a pilot program was conducted, with Propic reporting a 100 per cent response rate in near real time, above human levels of accuracy, and with a lead conversion of 27 to 44 per cent.

Noting the “interpretive” nature of Enliven, Propic has explained that the offering interprets the buyer’s natural language, provides real-time answers, then invites buyers to ask further questions, that can then extend through to offer and acceptance — learning and improving its capability to interact and engage throughout each conversation.

Enliven definitely isn’t the first product to offer agents autonomous enquiry responses that then trigger a lead to the agent, but Propic has boasted of Enliven’s ability to automatically create an AI micro-listing of a property that can be marketed across any channel.

“Agents can simply list their properties the way they do now and Enliven kicks into gear, learns about the property, creates the micro-listing and is ready to serve customers immediately. It’s completely scalable, from a single agent to an entire national brand, serving every single consumer, on brand, intelligently, 24/7 in real time,” Mr Gray outlined.

The CEO called it a game-changer for agents, offering them “the potential to convert significantly more leads”.

Propic is also expected to deploy another similar product to the market before the end of November with the launch of its AI rental listing product, which aims to serve leasing enquiries in a similar manner to Enliven.
