Tom Panos has been named as a new ambassador for Securexchange, the property exchange workspace powered by InfoTrack.
The real estate coach and trainer has explained that he aligned with Securexchange after he saw the value that could be provided to real estate agents around increased efficiencies and getting properties on the market sooner.
According to Securexchange, the new partnership will see Mr Panos working with the platform “to bring secure and simple technology to real estate agents”.
On a regular Sunday rant on Facebook, Mr Panos said “Securexchange is the fastest way to get a contract of sale, you don’t need to be messing around for five to six days”.
“It’s so simple.”
Lee Bailie, the head of Securexchange, expressed excitement about the partnership, which will see them bring Securexchange “to a broad network of real estate agents”.
Mr Bailie said: “The days of driving around contracts, seeking wet signatures are over.
“Agents can now sign and exchange their contract of sale electronically which saves them time, meaning they can take on more clients.”
The complimentary service guarantees up to $500,000 when online deposits are exchanged using the platform, protecting both an agent’s commission and their reputation.
