More than four in 10 Australian and New Zealand principals and agents will have access to training and consultancy services thanks to the alignment between the software provider and Andrew Friebe’s Re-Engage Consulting.

According to PropTech Group, which currently services 42 per cent of real estate agency principals and agents across Australia and New Zealand, the partnership with Re-Engage Consulting could potentially help PropTech Group’s customers increase their profits by as much as 20 per cent.

From Mr Friebe’s perspective, having worked with every size and kind of real estate office, “too many of them are leaving money on the table”.

Calling the partnership “game-changing”, the former chief operating officer of Harcourts International, who only recently stepped away from the role, said that “for the first time it gives nearly half the real estate principals in Australia and New Zealand access to the kind of training that can make a significant difference to their business”.

Sharing his love of helping principals integrate best practice into their own businesses, he outlined that relatively simple — yet strategic — changes can make most principals more profitable and efficient.

“I’ve worked with many who could increase their profits by 20 per cent per year by working smarter,” he claimed.

In his experience, “very few businesses are using their technology to its potential, and most still struggle with duplication of effort and inefficiencies”.

Looking ahead, he said the partnership would “help principals and agents ensure they are using the technologies that are best for them, that their people are taking full advantage of what the technology can do, and that through best practices they create a virtuous process that results in higher profit”.

Mr Friebe said that in his time spent as COO, he had “the privilege to work with some of the best business, and we learned from each other”.

“The collective knowledge I have is what I am able to now share with all business and agents across Australia and New Zealand to enable people to speed up their success,” he said.

For Joe Hanna, PropTech Group chief executive and managing director, the partnership with Mr Friebe goes a step further than their provision of “the best available software”.

“Most customers get an immediate productivity boost when they switch to our software, but the improvements don’t have to stop there. Working with an advisor as experienced as Andrew can empower them to adopt the practices and structures that will bring maximum profit from the opportunities in front of them,” he commented.

Services that Re-Engage Consulting will be able to provide PropTech Group customers reportedly include: annual business planning, accountability through quarterly reviews and performance measures, PropTech advisory, business and technology integration, agency and agent marketing, lead generation, operation and people planning, as well as coaching and mentoring.
