As the brand amps up its future-proofing efforts, it’s turned its attention to a brand-new website.

According to a statement from Jellis Craig, the new website is designed to offer a user-friendly experience and boost functionality.

It also touts better access to market insights and data by customers and aims to provide “more visibility of the breadth of the business’ reach and success”.

Sharing his excitement at the launch, Jellis Craig chief executive Nick Dowling said: “Our previous network served us exceptionally well; however, as our network continues its strategic expansion, we want to continue to offer our clients and stakeholders the very best in terms of technological capabilities.”

From his perspective, “tantamount to staying ahead of the curve and future-proofing [the] business is investing in digital transformation”.

“We’ve partnered with some of the very best in user experience and web design. Visual Identity’s experience with not only the real estate industry but also with web design across both automotive and education industries means that we have taken a global, comprehensive approach to the site,” Mr Dowling said.

New features of the website include all new design elements, touted as being at the “forefront of global web design”, as well as brand new property details pages.

New and improved content pages are aimed at providing users with better visibility of Jellis Craig products, market insights and network information, while improved navigation is set to reduce the number of clicks needed to navigate around the site.

The Victorian network is also taking advantage of “enhanced” data-capture techniques, enabling customers to easily request appraisals and sign up for email alerts.

REB recently reported on Jellis Craig’s partnership with Melbourne start-up Rental Heroes.
