Settle Easy joins MRI’s proptech ecosystem with latest partnership

The proptech firm has entered a new partnership as it looks to drive its conveyancing business’s growth. 

Settle Easy’s online conveyancing services will now be integrated by clients of the global proptech firm MRI Software, after being named as the latest Solution Partner in MRI’s Partner Connect program.

Under the partnership, the firm’s offerings will be integrated with MRI software’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, MRI Box and Dice. 

With more than 1,000 offices reportedly utlising the CRM solution — including renowned real estate brands such as Barry Plant, Buxton, Jellis Craig, LJ Hooker and Woodard — the new tie-up is expected to expand the reach of Settle Easy’s offering to a wider client base. 

According to the firm, entering the partnership helps them to attain their vision of making “property transactions smoother and more stress-free” through a streamlined and optimised user experience that combine “legal advice with an easy-to-use online platform”. 

In addition to guiding customers through each stage of the buying or selling process, Settle Easy’s platform also gives customers access to information about their legal obligations, eligibility for government assistance eligibility, stamp duty and other conveyancing costs, as well as the documents required to transfer property from one person to another. 

As a cohort of MRI’s Partner Connect program, Settle Easy highlighted it will be able to leverage the marketing and sales, education and training, and support teams and regional partner representatives offered by MRI, as well as unlock new business opportunities to expand its customer base across Australia.

Settle Easy’s chief executive, Doug Hutchinson, said that while the business has been receiving positive feedback from their current clients, the new tie-up will allow them to “help more Australians reach their property goals.”

The firm also highlighted that the new partnership is “bound to pay dividends for us and our growing list of happy customers.” 

Sean Slack, vice president for MRI Software’s Partnerships, welcomed the newest addition to their program.
