Priding itself on providing data-driven insights, InvestorKit introduces a tech head who already has a head start on his knowledge of the business.

Founder Arjun Paliwal said that he is “thrilled to announce that Ankit Paliwal, a reputable technology advisor and product developer, is joining the InvestorKit team as a partner and our new head of technology”.

Extolling his extensive experience, the company head also acknowledged that as his younger brother, Ankit is someone he had been “trying to pitch to for years”.

“His impressive portfolio spans FMCG, government, and consumer tech industries, including collaborations with high-profile brands such as Allianz, Apple, DataStax, Google, me&u, Ticketek, Good Design, Samsung, ING, and the NSW government,” Mr Paliwal said.

“Ankit is not just another tech advisor, he has a proven track record of applying his expertise in technology strategy, AI, automation, and digital development to create innovative products and experiences that resonate with customers and have won awards.”

As to the timing for the move, Mr Paliwal said that increased closeness between the brothers, combined with the firm’s recent demonstrated success, persuaded his sibling to grow the business into a family affair.

“Since our mum’s passing, we’ve grown even closer together and valued family more than ever before.

“Alongside that, I think winning Buyer’s Agency of the Year for 2023 convinced him to finally take the offer.”

InvestorKit recently took home the trophy for Buyer’s Agency of the Year at the REB Awards held on 4 May, beating out nine other agencies in a competitive category.

Mr Paliwal said that with a greater tech capability, the firm would be even better placed to deliver on the mission to “help clients invest with confidence, outperform the market, and build a high-performing property portfolio”.

Ankit Paliwal will be particularly focusing on harnessing artificial intelligence to provide market insights.

“His expertise in AI will help us stay at the forefront of technological advancements, ensuring we continue to provide top-tier service to our clients,” Arjun Paliwal said.
