Reapit’s property management software Console Cloud is set to join forces with Tapi, a New Zealand-based maintenance platform for rental properties.

The companies hope that the integration will streamline maintenance communication between tenants, owners, property managers and tradespeople.

Taylor Coleman, one of Tapi’s three co-founders, stated that the company was eager to seize the chance to partner with the software provider.

“We saw an opportunity to integrate with an amazing product that we complement seamlessly,” Coleman said.

He called the integration “a dream partnership” and stated that they “look forward to all the amazing things we can do together for the future”.

The partnership with Tapi will reportedly bring a selection of new features to Console Cloud’s existing offering, including a 24/7 AI chatbot intended to “troubleshoot tenant issues swiftly, empowering property managers with efficient solutions”.

The integration will also enable comprehensive tracking of depreciation and repair history, to help property managers and landlords make more informed decisions.

“As a Console Cloud client utilising the Tapi integration, you can eliminate the stress around tenant’s reporting maintenance, supercharge the maintenance follow-up process, and drive more growth with the business by leveraging more value-adds for your owners,” Coleman said.

The two companies hope to turn maintenance “from a pain point into a cornerstone of property care” by simplifying key processes.

By facilitating data-driven insights, the proptech duo also aims to foster improved agency growth and retention.

Emily Hawkes, head of partnerships and integrations at Console Cloud’s parent company Reapit, stated: “We are delighted to welcome Tapi into the Console Cloud marketplace, delivering a seamless integration giving valuable choice to our Console Cloud clients to automate their maintenance process with a leading ANZ maintenance platform.”
