Aussie has launched its new platform, giving real estate agents free, unlimited listings with no vendor-paid advertising fees, as part of its push to build a more transparent, customer-first property ecosystem.

National home loan brand, Aussie, has launched its new Aussie for Agents platform, offering real estate agents a cost-free way to market listings to millions of buyers and vendors nationwide.

Co-founder of Aussie’s parent company Lendi Group, Sebastian Watkins, said that Aussie’s latest offering was built upon the idea of providing “better outcomes for customers and agents”.

The new Aussie for Agents platform will provide unlimited free listings for off-market, pre-market, and on-market properties, including auctions, without any vendor-paid advertising (VPA) fees.

“Because Aussie is already helping so many Australians with their home buying journey every month, we don’t need to make money from listings. Our model will be VPA-free forever,” Watkins said.

Watkins said that the launch of Aussie for Agents was a “powerful step-change” in the home loan brand’s shift into becoming an integrated property ecosystem that caters to agents, buyers, and vendors alike.

“A key part of this strategy is delivering a powerful search experience, which we’re launching next quarter, allowing customers to search for listings or explore millions of properties with rich data and insights in our property hub,” Watkins said.

Lendi general manager of agent services, Rhett Dallwitz, highlighted that Aussie for Agents will offer a range of specialised benefits for real estate agents, such as direct access to high-intent vendor prospects.

“We’ve built Aussie for Agents from the group up to help agents earn more and customers pay less,” Dallwitz said.

“Our focus is on giving agents a competitive edge: quality vendor and buyer opportunities, powerful listing exposure, and a genuine alternative to traditional advertising without the hefty price tag,” he added.

Although agents will not have to partner with Aussie for home loans to use the new platform, optional referral and white-label partnerships will be available to help unlock further revenue opportunities.

“Our platform is open to all agents across Australia with no requirement to partner with Aussie for home loans,” Dallwitz said.

“We’re inviting agents across Australia to join us in building a better, more transparent, and more profitable real estate experience.”

As part of the brand’s evolution, Aussie’s 220 retail stores across Australia will also transform into integrated property hubs that offer mortgage brokerage experience alongside services that support the listing, buying, and selling of property.

“Together, we can help more Australians buy and sell property and put more money back in the pockets of both customers and agents,” Dallwitz concluded.
