A new resource from Domain is providing agents with the strategies they need to maximise their impact on social media.
Domain has released its new How to Stay Ahead on Social Media guide, which explains how agents can build their brand, attract more leads, and translate digital engagement into business growth.
The company said many agents still struggle to keep up with fast-changing platforms and trends, even after its research revealed that social media is the third most popular channel that Australians turn to when researching property.
The new guide breaks down practical and platform-specific strategies that are tailored to real estate content, including insights from top social networks, such as TikTok, Meta and LinkedIn, and expert tips from leading real estate coach, Josh Phegan.
Phegan said that marketing in the social media age requires a targeted approach to achieve the best results.
“Social media isn’t a ‘must do’ – it’s a must-do-with intent’. Without clarity, you risk being just another account online,” Phegan said.
Domain’s head of sales, Belinda Sinclair, said the new social media guide was part of the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting real estate agents.
“We know that 58 per cent of Australians use social media for brand research so it’s never been more important for agents to have a social media presence,” Sinclair said.
“This guide will further help to simplify social media by providing agents with practical, actionable takeaways so they can get back to doing what they do best: building relationships and closing deals,” she concluded.
The social media playbook for agents is available now for free download.
