She has risen through the ranks taking a portfolio of 500 properties on Sydney’s lower north shore and growing it to 1,300 within eight years. Through this experience, Sarah realised she could add greater value to her clients’ investments through a more personalised and streamlined service.Latham Cusack Property Services was born in 2012 and went on to win the Australian 2013 Real Estate Award for Best New Office.
