Urban Real Estate is continuing its foray into the NSW growth corridors with its latest office announcement.

Urban Real Estate has revealed its 13th office is putting roots in Box Hill, located in Sydney’s north-west growth corridor.

It marks the brand’s seventh retail shopfront across the north-west, which it noted as “one of the fastest-growing areas in the state”, and joins Urban Real Estate’s head office in Bella Vista.

Other local agencies include two outposts in both Marsden Park and Colebee, and offices across Schofields and Bligh Park.

Urban Real Estate sales director Trent Brewer said the two decades that the agency has been operating in the area for means the business already has “established relationships with property developers selling master-planned communities in the area”.

He explained that “great sales results have been achieved for vendors, property developers and builders in Box Hill”.

Therefore, “It made smart business sense to open another shopfront to further expand our presence here.”

He sees Box Hill as the last growth area in The Hills Shire, with “additional future planned infrastructure including more primary and high schools, shopping centres and business park and commercial precinct expansion along Annangrove Road”.

“The multicultural area appeals to a wide mix of purchasers including first home buyers looking for large or new properties, young families seeking school accessibility and local downsizers who are keen to continue living within The Hills District. The new Carmel Village Shopping Centre in Box Hill is attracting a melting pot of nationalities and has a rich community vibe,” the director continued.

From his perspective, the latest office opening continues to expand on Urban Real Estate’s vision of providing “paddock to property management” solutions, as was shared with the market back in June 2023.

“Clients are offered a service that covers their entire real estate journey from land acquisition and reselling to property management and finance solutions.”

The latest announcement follows three extremely successful years for the business, which saw them tally up 2,000 property transactions – encompassing land, home and land packages, and established homes – each year.

Urban Real Estate also boasts a total of 1,200 properties under management and 130 team members across its business.

As previously hinted, future plans for Urban Real Estate include offices in Leppington, as well as the Hunter and Illawarra regions of NSW.
