‘Market segment mastery’ lands in 3 Sydney locations

A new agency group has landed in Sydney, care of high-performance business coach and agent Stefon Bertram.

Pello is the newest agency on the harbourside city scene, with the brand already able to be found in three of Sydney’s most competitive markets: Sydney’s lower north shore, upper north shore, and northern suburbs.

Pello, as it is called, already boasts offices across Mosman, Gladesville and Wahroonga, with a focus on both property sales and property management, and is promising a “new approach for vendors”, according to Mr Bertram, the founder and group chief executive of the business.

Explaining further, Mr Bertram said that each member of the Pello team “is a dedicated expert in a specific price and lifestyle segment”.

As it stands, Pello is reporting its inaugural agents as already market leaders in their respective areas, having sold a combined 500 properties north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in the past 12 months alone – at a combined value upward of $1 billion.

“Our agents maintain a disciplined local focus in their price range and become a specialist, rather than spreading themselves thin across multiple price ranges and property types,” he said.

He argues that “by mastering and dealing exclusively in one price segment, Pello agents have the expertise and intimate knowledge needed to achieve outstanding sales results for all clients”.

He has called it “a clear point of difference from the dominant industry model of multiple agents or teams with multiple leaders (EBUs) within the same agency competing across various price points”.

“We believe this targeted system will help us stand out in a crowded market by offering the specialisation and mastery that both our clients and teams deserve,” the CEO continued.

At its launch, Pello is already offering more than 125 on-market and off-market listings to potential purchasers, with even more listings added over the Easter long weekend.

In the immediate term, Mr Bertram has said the focus is “firmly on building strong client relationships and a great business in Pello’s inaugural locations”.

Down the track, “the long-term goal is to establish 20 Pello agencies in premium real estate markets across Australia”.

A statement from the new business revealed that all of its agents are backed by the group’s Peloton System & Mastery Coaching, while in-house technology will underpin accountability, workflow, and future data, with a support team located in each office.
