Cobden Hayson’s Annandale branch will welcome independent agency AJ Portelli into their network’s fold.
Through this merger, Anthony Portelli and his inner west agency AJ Portelli will be joining CH Annandale’s property management team.
CH Annandale described Portelli as bringing a “strong, loyal following” built from his willingness to understand the needs and desires of his clients throughout his more than 25 years of experience in city fringe property.
The network highlighted Portelli’s “warm, friendly, unwaveringly positive approach” and expert market knowledge as enabling the principal to instil confidence and “immediately put his clients at ease”.
Portelli’s strong reputation for success was attributed to his ability to make a significant impact in the ever-competitive sales area and his agency’s substantial rent roll acquired from Portelli’s long tenure of service throughout the Glebe and inner west community.
Commenting on the appointment, CH director Matt Hayson stated that “Anthony embodies the characteristics that we admire, aligning perfectly with the Cobden Hayson family”.
“I’ve been fortunate enough to know him personally for 25 years now and he’s a genuine character who’s extremely passionate about his work and has tremendous care for his clients, which I love,” Hayson stated.
“We’re delighted to have him as a part of the team – he’ll be an invaluable asset to our colleagues and clients,” he concluded.
This latest acquisition comes after Ben Southwell and Alex Mastoris were last year appointed as directors at Cobden Hayson’s Annandale office.
